In this meditation, selenite crystals and the sounds of singing bowls will surround you. This session is designed to help clear, balance, open, and bring peace and clarity into your life. Selenite is also a master healing stone, so its healing energy will envelop you.

To receive the energy and healing, you will either lay or sit holding selenite wands in each hand. There will also be a master selenite crystal to aid in the alignment and balance of your chakras. After you set your intention, you can choose to either follow the guided meditation or drift info the sound of the bowl. You'll leave the event feeling uplifted and blissful.

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable - mat, pillow, blanket, etc. Selenite will be provided.
