Who is Chico?
Chico is the nickname I’ve given to the guy who got me started on this crazy path.
We’ll start with the drawing of him done in 2007 by Nancy Smith. This was a monumental moment for me.
The moment Chico stepped into my conscious awareness, my entire life was turned upside down and inside out. God sent the one soul who could understand me completely to help me leave all that darkness behind and start a journey on an amazing new path to a wonderful new life.
During his visits, Chico encouraged me to learn more about myself and my abilities. I began to take spiritual classes, specifically about spirit communication, and that put me on a path of discovery. One of the things I discovered in my classes was a connection to the angelic realms. I honed this connection and it was during one of these conversations that I learned about twin flames. They also made me aware that I already met mine.
The soul who came to save me, my hero, my best friend, and my closest confidante was also my twin flame.
Sadly, Chico and I never physically met while he was on Earth. We didn’t live close to one another, although his profession did bring him within miles of my home a few times. We had shared interests, and even a few social circles in common, but we never crossed paths.
Until he entered my consciousness on June 6, 2006.
In life, Chico was a champion for those who couldn’t speak for themselves. He stood up for human and animal rights alike, and brought into his sphere of influence the idea that animals were not made for us to eat or wear.
He was also a musician; he began playing the guitar by ear at a very young age. His love of music was his passion, and he shared it with those whose lives he touched. It is still being played today.
Chico was multilingual and English was not his first language. His education was mostly experiential, learning hands-on rather than in a proper classroom. He knew more about the environment and global warming, than he did about Socrates and Shakespeare. He was always eager to understand the world around him and evolve his place in it. He wanted to learn more.
He was a peacemaker, in his relationships and outwardly to others. He would rather build a bridge and learn from another than have an argument over something that made no sense to him at all.
Chico is fondly remembered by others as someone who was an instrument of change. His energy and passion were beyond his years, and he tried to find new ways to express himself. He was often described as having “the weight of the world on his shoulders.” And he wanted to enact change on every level. He led by example.
Chico passed away in the early 1990’s. He lives on in the legacy of change he left behind.
